Thank you for your purchase. Our signs are non-refundable. However, if your purchase is damaged or faulty, contact customer service at hello@tailgateneon.com within 24 hours of delivery to start the replacement process. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
REPLACEMENT PROCESS
Contact customer service at hello@tailgateneon.com within 24 hours of the sign delivery date. All items must be in be in new and unused condition, with original packaging. Tailgate Neon only accepts exchanges for faulty products. Although unlikely, if your sign arrives faulty please email customer service at hello@tailgateneon.com within 24 hours of the sign delivery with photos of the damage and proof of purchase. We will work with you to get a new sign to you asap.
